I'm sooo in love with the cutoffs and heels look. I think the key to pulling it off without looking too tacky...is to have a little more on top and a pair of delicate heels. Chunky heels are great to wear with the look too, but I think a looser cutoff would be a better choice, for a little masculine/feminine vibe...that is always on point. (I made this looking for inspiration for my cutoffs/heels look).
